Adding A Podcast Feed To Your Device
If you like listening to podcasts when out and about and don't want to have to listen via the website you can use an App for your smartphone.
These are particularly handy if you are a patron of the podcast and would like to listen to the Patreon feed that has private episodes every Monday morning.
Patreon will email you a personal link to copy and paste into your player of choice.

Apple's Podcast App for iOS
Apple's Podcast App for iOS
Step 1: Copy the feed address to your devices clipboard by holding your finger on the link until a list of options displays. Then tap "Copy."
Step 2: Open the Apple Podcast app and tap on the Library tab along the bottom of the screen and tap the 3 dots option in the top right:
Step 3: Select the Follow a show by URL… option.
Step 4: Paste in your feed address by tapping and holding until the option to paste pops up. Tap Paste then tap Follow.
Overcast for iOS
Step 1: Copy the feed address to your devices clipboard by holding your finger on the link until a list of options displays. Then tap "Copy"
Step 2: Open the Overcast app and tap on the + button in the top right corner.
Step 3: Tap Add URL in the top right.
Step 4: Tap and hold your finger on Podcast URL: box until the word "Paste" appears.
Then tap "Paste"

Podcast Addict for Android
Step 1: Copy the feed address to your devices clipboard by holding your finger on the link until a list of options displays. Then tap "Copy link address"
Step 2: Open the Podcast Addict App and tap on the + button at the top of the screen. Or in the Get Started instructions.
Step 3: Tap the RSS button.
Step 4: Tap and hold your finger on the RSS feed URL field until the word "Paste" appears. Tap "Paste"
Step 4: Tick the Private feed box to prevent the address being made public, there's no need for authentication though.

Step 1: Copy the feed address to your devices clipboard by holding your finger on the link until a list of options displays. Then tap "Copy link address"
Step 2: Open the Podcast Republic App and tap on the + button at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Tap Add podcast by URL.
Step 4: Tap and hold your finger on the Podcast feed URL field until the word "Paste" appears. Tap "Paste"
Step 4: Tap SUBSCRIBE and it's done.
